AFL-CIO for John Kerry

AFL-CIO Endorses Kerry; Edwards' Chances Fade This is posted over at Daily Kos. There are very good points. Labor still has a huge impact on elections. But don't count out Edwards just yet. I can tell you from experience that Ohio likes the populist messgage of Edwards. Now, I don't mean to say that the state is his for the taking, but I think he has a good chance. Just as he does in New York and maybe even California. The hoity toity liberal image that Kerry has in some people's minds goes a long way around here. Just drive up I-71 into Cleveland and see the abandoned steel mills. Kerry did vote for Nafta, and that does mater to a lot of people.
