Money For Nothin', and the Checks For Free

So Ralph Nader is back in it. What does this mean? Not much really. More money will be spent this election year than any other in history. Nader will be drowned out by the multitude of ads from Bush and the eventual Democratic nominee. So why is he in it? For the same reason that Kucinich and Sharpton are. They represent the viewpoints of quite a few folks in this country. And without a platform they would never be heard. They hope that their message will be carried to the voters while ignored by the two main party candidates.

Money is spent in order to distract voters from what is really going on. They say, don't pay attention to the man behind the curtain, but look at my opponents' dirty secrets. Classic smoke and mirrors. John Kerry has proposed a head to head debate with the President. I cannot wait for this to happen. Bush is not very good at these things. Hopefully he will come of dry, boring, and misleading, like he usually does. Maybe this will be enough to get the election back on message. That message is about getting Bush out of office and back to his ranch.
