Speaking with reporters in the Rose Garden, Bush declined to say what topics the commission focused on during a meeting that lasted over three hours. But he did say the session was cordial. “I’m glad I did it. I’m glad I took the time…I enjoyed it.”

He flippin’ enjoyed going over the day that 3,000 people were murdered on American soil. The day that civilian passengers on a domestic flight showed more courage than he ever did in his whole, often drunken, life. But that’s our BushCo! Happy, optimistic, good ol’ boy.
